Return Process

Please repack the item, accessories, gifts (if any), and original packaging (including barcode packaging, inner boxes, and shopping bags) with the original packing materials. Ensure that all items are complete and undamaged.

Once we receive the returned items and verify the reason for the return, we will process your refund via the original payment method. The refund will be credited back to your original payment account.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the current item according to our return policy and place a new order.
